Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

Jamie Brazer, MA, BCBA, LBA

Jamie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is a Licensed Behavior Analyst within the state of Missouri. She has been board certified since 2011. She provides home, school, clinical, and community based behavior intervention services to individuals with autism. She has been working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities for more than 10 years in southeast Missouri. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southeast Missouri State University. She lives in Jackson, MO with her husband and three daughters. 

Jonnie Callahan, MA, BCBA, LBA

Jonnie is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been a Licensed Behavior Analyst within the state of Missouri. She provides home, school, and clinical based behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with autism. She has been working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities for more than 5 years in Southeast Missouri. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southeast Missouri State University. She lives in Jackson, Missouri with her husband and daughter.


Brianna Kramer, MA, BCBA, LBA

Brianna is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has been board certified since October 2022. She has provided home, school, clinical, and community-based behavior intervention services to individuals with autism. Brianna has been working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities for more than 2 years in southeast Missouri. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies from Lindenwood University-Belleville and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southeast Missouri State University. Brianna lives in Jackson, MO and enjoys cooking, reading books, and going to the gym. 


Lara White, MA, BCBA, LBA

Lara is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has been board certified since October 2022. She has provided home, school, clinical, and community-based behavior intervention services to individuals with autism. Lara has been working with individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities for more than 2 years in southeast Missouri. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southeast Missouri State University. Lara lives in Jackson, MO and enjoys reading books, going on walks, and hanging out with her dog, Pepper.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) 

SBIC employs Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) that are certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. These individiuals are trained on individual programming for each of their clients and provide direct services in the home, school, clinic and community settings. 



Practicum Students 

In addition, SBIC employs practicum students from a variety of universities.  These individuals are students that are currently accumulating hours to obtain a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Once hours are accumulated they are able to sit for boards to become certified. They are currently certified as Registered Behavior Technicians through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. These students are under the direct supervision of currently certified behavior analysts on staff.
